I recently gave my friend a box of fabric which was given to me by my mum. There was a lot of different types of fabric in there and she is very good at making something out of nothing. A couple of weeks ago she held a birthday party for her daughter and decided to make some bunting out of the sheer fabric in the box. It turned out just beautiful and looked so elegant swaying in the slight breeze on the day. All you have to do is cut lots of squares the same size and sew around the edges (depending on the fabric you may not have to sew the edges). The length you make it will of course depend on the amount of squares you cut out.
After cutting your squares you just sew each one onto a piece of bias (or make your own) and leave a space of approximately 2-5cm depending on the gap you would like. Such a beautiful idea and looks so sweet!
