Try this quick lunch box or after school snack that’s sure to please even the fussiest kid! I buy hot dog rolls from Woolworths Bakery section as they don’t contain any preservatives. All you do is make up a mixture of pure butter (I use Coles brand butter) and add some icing sugar and a little milk.  This recipe will well and truly cover 6 hot dog rolls. Ingredients (approximately): 50 grams butter2 cups icing sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional) Milk – add small amounts (you’re after a thick consistency) Just mix all of the ingredients and spread over each roll. Then you can dip each one into either coconut or natural sprinkles (I get mine from Coles).  I find it much easier to store the rolls when they are coated in something like coconut. You can easily wrap them in cling wrap to send in the school bag without the icing coming off with the cling film! If you want to keep them for after school just store in an airtight container. Yum!!
